Awwwwww! She's adorable! Who could have ever abandoned that little face?! Some people...ugh... you're a good person for fostering, girlie!
How sad! I hate when I hear stories about people dropping their dogs of on roadsides as if that is an option of pet ownership. Dogs are not disposable. Although I love to help dogs out, we have a full house right now. I hope she finds a family.
